Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an eligible item. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

For approved returns, the merchant covers return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged. Items should be returned in the condition received with included components and proof of purchase when available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can make it right. These rules do not reduce any rights that apply under consumer law.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly require 5–10 business days to post a completed refund. You may request order cancellation before shipment; once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
